Step 1 - Surface MUST be Clean & Dry |
| Step 2 - Create a Paste of
SuperCoat 40% - Sand 50% - Water 10% |
| Step 3 - Pour Paste into Crack and let dry |
| (dries faster in warm temperatures - 5 to 15 minutes) |
| Step 4 -
Place Fiberglass Cloth mesh over coated area |
| Step 5 - Apply
a coat over fiberglass - let dry then
apply a 2nd or 3rd coat depending on traffic |

PROCEDURES
HOW TO REPAIR CONCRETE Cracks & Holes

Before - A concrete surface with long crack. Lets
start to repair the concrete crack.
|
First - Surface must be clean & dry .
Use Supercoat Mixed with sand &
water. Pour the MIX in the concrete crack .
Use a Trowel.
|
Crack is completely covered. Concrete crack almost
repaired
|
Now apply a Fiberglass Cloth Mess over the coated
area. Then apply a coat over the Fiberglass .
This will dry to a Rock hard surface.

repaired & reinforced

Here's part of sidewalk with a Nice size Concrete Hole &
cracks

Covering the Hole with a Mix of Then SuperCoat, sand
& water .Follow same procedure as for cracks .
Place a Fiberglass cloth mess over coated area. Then
apply a coat over the Fiberglass. Let Dry then apply
a second or third coat

Fast in warm hot temperatures 5 to 20 minutes.
