"Potholes are a symptom of "failed" pavement practice. The possible cause is the combined effect of water seeping through cracks in the pavement weakening the sub base beneath, and the weight of traffic on the surface, causing the asphalt to break away. Quite a few potholes develop following the heavy rains. The cycles of freezing and thawing temperatures can create major stress on pavement when the sub base under the pavement is saturated with moisture, resulting in potholes. More traffic, buses and heavy trucks also cause greater wear on the pavement"

We at Chiri Enterprise Inc. have tested for last 15 years our eco-friendly liquid polymer coating on asphalt & concrete surfaces with great success

We also been testing on how to improve pot hole repairs for the last 15 years

We've discovered by mixing 30% - 40% liquid polymer coating with Asphalt repair patch 70%- 60%% with- 5% - 10% water

and then pouring the mix into the pothole -

Treated surface will form into a rock hard finish.

Treated area will dry fast -our coating dries in 5 to 20 minutes in warm temperatures.

The Treated Pothole will be resistant to high impacts, moisture, salt, chemicals, acids& extreme temperatures.

Asphalt Pothole Repair

2) Step 2 -Then start filling the POT hole with Asphalt Repair	3) Step 3 -Pour SuperCoat over the Asphalt repair.
4) Step 4 - Use a Pointing Trowel to compress and even the Surface	FINAL RESULT!
A HUGE POT HOLE	Pour SuperCoat First then add Asphalt Patch (Repair).
ADD More SuperCoat over the Asphalt Patch	Fill rest of pothole with Patch repair. Use a Trowel to Smooth & Even the surface
Apply a coat - then Place a Fiberglass Cloth Mess over coated area. Brush one coat over fiberglass	Let Dry. Dries faster in warmer temperature 5 to 20 minutes. Brush a 2nd or 3rd coat. Once dry. The Repaired Pothole is Reinforced against Extreme Environment.
Asphalt Crack Repair
Driveway with long cracks	Pour small amounts of SuperCoat (sample in Black Color) into the crack - Brush around the crack.
Drop some ASPHALT Patch REPAIR grains into the crack.	Use a Hammer to crush the Asphalt Patch Repair Grains. This will thoroughly cover the cracks and even the area.
Use Sandpaper (coarse) to thoroughly even the treated area.	Brush SuperCoat on the treated area (we used supercoat in Green). Treated area has now been REINFORCED with SuperCoat
Apply 2 coats. SuperCoat has REPAIRED the Cracks. Cracks will visually disappear.	If you wish to completelly coat your driveway with SuperCoat - use a regular Paint roller.
Final JOB. Driveway will look like NEW !! All cracks have been treated and driveway coated with SuperCoat.	Surface after two weeks in Autumn Rain

Product dries fast in warm hot temperatures - 5 to 10 minutes.
Use sandpaper to even & smooth the area.
Treated area will form into a Rock Hard surface.
